Steps To sell in The Internet Artist gallery
STEPĀ 1: Register as a seller by following the three easy steps in the registration form.
STEP 2: Activate you account through the email confirmation.
STEP 3:Login into your seller shop and complete all the requested information to set up your gallery.
STEP 4:Upload your artwork to sale. NOTE: the seller area provides the ability to photograph your art through the computer. This can be turned off by your browser.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
1. Listing your items for sale on the internet artist
By listing your items for sale on the internet artist you agree to accept all responsibilities as a seller which include but are not limited to :
- Providing accurate descriptions, images and depictions of the items for sale for each item.
- Maintaining current items that are readily available. If customer purchase items and the seller does not fulfill the order, the sellers account on the internet artist may be terminated.
- Fulfilling orders as purchased by customers within 1 week of purchase.
- The seller is solely responsible for ensuring that all of your listings are properly categorized and you agree to indemnify The Internet Artist for any losses incurred in connection with any aspect of your listings and selling transactions.
- When pricing an item for sale the seller shall include as part of the listed price any taxes the seller is responsible for in there jurisdiction and is responsible for paying any taxes relating to the sale.
2. Restrictions to work content are not allowed to be posted
By listing your items for sale on The Internet Artist you agree to post only items that do not infringe on our posting policy guidelines listed here:
- Pornography is not allowed as defined as explicit depictions of male or female genitalia or sexual activity of any kind
- Mature content that is below the threshold of pornography and does not imply sexual actions is acceptable to post. This includes such themes as individual nudity, abstracted or cartoonish depictions of nudity
- Violent images that depict or glorify violence with any living thing are not allowed. Images that promote encourage, glorify, or celebrate acts of violence, self-mutilation, starvation, or other self-harm are not allowed
- Any items that promote, support, or glorify hatred are prohibited. Including any demeaning content based upon: race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, disability, or sexual orientation.
- Items created from animal parts or using any animal species designated as threatened or endangered by the US Endangered Species Act, such as ivory or bones are not allowed. Items made from recognized commercial leather are allowed.
- Items that infringe on other persons intellectual property rights are strictly prohibited.
These guidelines are evolving and we cannot anticipate every permitted or prohibited item. Therefore, we reserve the right to remove listings that we determine are not within the spirit of The Internet Artist as a fine art market place. Such listings will be removed from the site, and the member's selling privileges may be suspended and/or terminated.

- A commission of 10% is assessed against all sales. Once a sale is made the Internet artist will allow the customer to pay using the on-line checkout system. The artist/seller will be paid once the art work has been shipped and received by the customer. The commission will be deducted from the payment to the artist/seller.
